At Securities Africa, we help clients securitise assets, businesses and risks. Although every individual client has a unique set of funding requirements, we typically assist companies in need of working capital financing and have structured loans backed by accounts receivable, inventory, capital and real estate. Our securitisation practice also assists clients as they attempt to monetise illiquid holdings such as franchise royalties, intellectual property, infrastructure loans and insurance pools, amongst other items.
