The market has opened the broadly active day with continued block trading on KenolKobil, foreign - up 1.2% for 2.9m shares. Safaricom is also active with foreign investor trades. Centum was moderately active with local investor trades, up 0.8%, after the Business Daily featured the CEO in an interview. Mumias Sugar retreated 8.2%, with no demand on board and with heavy supply. Kenya Airways notched 4.5% on relatively low volumes after parliament allowed Govt to provide a shareholder loan to the airline.
