Some action in Gaborone today thanks to mostly local crosses in the likes of BIHL (1748t), G4S (410t), Letshego (240t) and Sechaba (3000t).
A much better day in Nairobi in terms of activity as foreign investors dominated proceedings. Safcom (-1.2%) was the most active counter as the telco continued to selloff on foreign selling pressure with 16m shares changing hands in the name. There was finally some action in EABL as the brewer closed -0.4% lower on 699k shares. EQBNK (+1.6%) managed to close higher on foreign demand while KNCB gained +0.9% on low volume ahead of results due out after the session.
A chunky day of activity on the Mauritian bourse today. Activity was heavily dominated by MCBG (+1.4%, Rs221.00) and SBMH (unch, Rs6.62).
Much of the same in Lagos today with some small activity in GTB ($1.1m) the only name to break the $1m turnover mark. Banking stocks came under some pressure with the sector falling -1.22% thanks to a selloff in GTB (-2.10%). Consumers (+0.52%) managed to close in positive territory with NB (+1.41%) driving the sector higher.

The Industrials have returned to bullish ways this week with another strong day. Today we saw some mild trading in Delta (73c) and Innscor (31.15c).
