Action in a number of names spiced up the day in Gaborone. Activity was focused in Letshego (266t) and FNBB (358t).
A pathetic day in Nairobi. The only real action worth noting was some action that went through in Safcom (unch, KES16.95). There were also a couple of crosses in UMME (+30bps, KES17.30) while the rest of the market was uneventful.
A quiet day in Mauritius. The only action that took place was in the banks with both MCBG (Rs208.00) and SBMH (Rs0.63) ending the session unchanged.
Another muted day of trading in Nigeria with the complete lack of interest and direction persisting. Banks did gain 44bps with Access (+1.28%, N3.95) witnessing a number of crosses. There was also some action in FBNH (+5.31%, N3.57). Consumers were painfully quiet.
