An extremely active day in Gaborone thanks to some action in Letshego as 12.9m shares changed hands. There was also a small bit of activity in Sefalana as 272k shares traded.
A much quieter day after yesterday’s fireworks. Foreigners remain heavily dominant particularly in EABL (+1%, KES304.00) with some chunky foreign crosses going through. There was also some strong foreign buying in Safcom although the telco ended the day unchanged at KES18.25. The rest of the market was relatively quiet.
A rather average day to end the week in Port Louis with some activity in Alteo the main driver as 530k shares changed hands in the name. Not much on the go in MCBG and SBMH as 25k shares and 2.8m shares changed hands in the names respectively.
A dull end to a dull week in Lagos. Banks did end the day up 96bps with a couple of crosses going through in Zenith (+1.35%, N15.00) and GTB (+96bps, N18.88). Consumers fell by 1.01% although the sector was exceptionally quiet.

Delta continued to take some serious strain today with the market heavyweight falling -8.33%, taking the weekly loss to an astonishing -21.43%.
